Electrical Engineering Apprentice (Level 6) – Intelligent Transport Systems (London / Birmingham / Leeds / Manchester)
At Jacobs we challenge today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world’s most critical problems. We are looking for an Intelligent Transport Systems Engineering apprentice to join our London, Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester office.
As an apprentice you will work towards a Level 6 qualification at one of four universities (London South Bank University, University of Wolverhampton, University of Leeds or University of Salford). You will receive on‑the‑job training with the latest software tools and be involved in a range of projects from concept stage to construction, assisting in the preparation of feasibility studies, scheme reports and detailed designs for intelligent transport systems across the UK & Ireland.

Requirements
* A minimum of 120 UCAS tariff points including grade B in A‑level Mathematics, or equivalent
* A flexible and proactive self‑starter passionate about developing new skills
* Ability to adapt and prioritise while juggling work and study
* Enthusiasm and curiosity to apply your skills to solve real‑world problems
* Empathy and listening skills to understand client requirements
* A well‑rounded person – extracurricular experiences such as work in a bar, sports leadership, or charity volunteering will be valued
* The permanent right to work in the UK
