At TeacherActive, we’re working closely with a network of vibrant Welsh-medium primary schools across South Wales. We’re on the hunt for Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning in the fantastic schools we work with across Ceredigion.
We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant with the skills and confidence to carry out focused intervention work, supporting groups of learners who need a little extra help to thrive. Your ability to engage children and deliver targeted support will be key in helping to close the gap in learning and build confidence.

✔️ Fluent Welsh speaker – both written and spoken
✔️ A genuine passion for helping children thrive
✔️ Experience and ability to carry out group intervention work
✔️ A positive, can-do attitude
✔️ Understanding of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches is a real advantage
✔️ Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
