It is only when expertise, highly professional processes and enjoyment of work are united that they can shape the future together.An excellent opportunity has be available for an HR Advisor to join a busy HR operational department in a large global manufacturing plant based in Chichester. The HR team is growing, and we are looking for a HR Advisor to report into a HR Business Partner. You will be part of a bigger HR team providing exceptional HR service with high standards of advice and support.As HR Advisor you will steer, support and advise people leaders on the following topics:
1. Managing ER cases from start to end. This can include performance, absence, grievance and disciplinary topics
2. Supporting people managers with absence management cases and measures
3. Supporting people managers with the leavers process including arrangements for exit interviews
4. Supporting recruitment activities - this includes attending interviews, assessment days and onboarding
5. First point of contact - advising HR issues for circa 500 employees
6. Responsible for running weekly meetings with people managers
7. Supporting with measures to improve employee wellbeing
8. Processing contractual changes using SAP
9. To support, and where appropriate lead HR projects

Skills & Qualifications
10. CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant work experience
11. Knowledge of HR processes and best practice
12. UK employment law
13. Passion for continuous improvement with a focus on digital transformation
14. Ability to deal withplexity and change management in a positive and proactive manner
15. Goodmunication skills, both written and verbal
16. A people person: you will provide a calm, patient and supportive influence
17. A team player with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills based on trust and transparency
18. Experience in a unionised environment (desirable)
19. It would also be great if you have experience in managing HR projects and line manager training
