Overview
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will lead by example, ensuring our accommodation and public areas consistently exceed guest expectations. You will support, motivate and guide the team, ensuring standards, efficiency, and attention to detail are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all areas are well maintained and presented to the highest standard, consistently exceeding guests' expectations.
* Check bedrooms regularly to ensure cleaning is to a high standard and operational standards are met.
* Report faulty equipment, furniture or any other defect found on the resort to maintenance or the appropriate department.
* Clean bedrooms and public areas as necessary.
* Perform regular stock take of consumables and refill cupboards and cleaning caddies when needed.
* Build a rapport with guests, going above and beyond to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
* Lead by example and motivate the team daily to support the delivery of our exceptional service standards.
* Work efficiently and ensure tasks are completed within time frames.
* Ensure that all policies and procedures and company policies are followed at all times.
* Carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Housekeeping Management team.

* Experience in a standards-driven Housekeeping position.
* Strong leadership, approachable, supportive, and a positive role model for your team.
* Keen eye for detail and a passion for high standards.
* Excellent organisational with strong time‑management skills.
* Self‑motivated with a positive, can‑do attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding role.
* Confidence in leading and motivating others.
* Capability to build strong working relationships and promote teamwork across departments.

Hours & Pay
We can offer this role on a full‑time or part‑time basis. Full‑time: 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays. Part‑time: 30 hours per week, working 9am‑3pm, 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays. Pay: £13.50 per hour.
Due to our rural location, you will require a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle, as public transport is not available.
