A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Act as the first point of contact for any queries
* Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective communication
* Supporting the management team with the day-to-day operational needs
* Deal with inbound and outbound drivers ensuring processes are followed
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
* Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
