The role
involves overseeing and reviewing the work of junior colleagues, providing guidance where needed, and finalising accounts and tax calculations for senior review. You will maintain strong client relationships by managing queries, understanding client priorities, and adapting workflows to meet deadlines. In addition, you will be responsible for managing budgets effectively, identifying opportunities to add value, and supporting the wider team through mentoring, feedback, and the resolution of technical queries. This position requires strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, the ability to handle a broad client portfolio, and confidence in delivering high‑quality service across all assignments.
