I currently have an ongoing opportunity for a Multi Trader to join the responsive repairs team for a well-established Contractor in based in Swindon?
As the Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
1. Repair and maintenance within occupied & void properties
The Multi Trade person will receive in return:
2. £20 per hour
3. Van and Fuel Card
4. Guaranteed 40 hours per week
5. Weekly payments on a Friday (CIS or PAYE)
The successful Multi Trade person will:
6. NVQ or time served
7. Social Housing Experience
8. Full driving license (3 Points MAX)
