Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for conducting field service visits, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and repairing equipment, maintaining service logs, and communicating effectively with clients to resolve their issues.

* Strong Customer Service skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Experience in the food service equipment industry is a plus
* Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is beneficial
