We have an exciting opportunity for you – Gen AI Senior Engineer!
The Role
As a Gen AI Senior Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy advanced generative AI solutions to address real‑world business challenges. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable applications, while ensuring solutions are production‑ready, efficient, and aligned with responsible AI practices.
Key responsibilities
* Designing and implementing generative AI models using modern architectures such as large language models, diffusion models, and generative frameworks.
* Fine‑tuning and adapting models for domain‑specific use cases and business requirements.
* Building end‑to‑end pipelines for data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
* Collaborating with product and engineering teams to embed AI‑driven features into applications.
* Monitoring and optimising model performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Applying responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, explainability, and safety measures.
* Staying up to date with advancements in generative AI and applying relevant innovations to ongoing work.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
* Solid understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and generative modelling techniques.
* Hands‑on work with training, fine‑tuning, and deploying large‑scale models.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Understanding of MLOps practices, including model lifecycle management and deployment pipelines.
* Ability to work with large datasets and build scalable data processing workflows.
* Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable working in Agile or collaborative delivery environments.
