What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Managing and developing relationships with buyers and vendors
* Conducting viewings and negotiating sales to secure the best outcome
* Proactively generating new business through prospecting and networking
* Ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met throughout the sales process
* Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients and applicants
* Working to and achieving personal and branch targets
* Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in estate agency or a strong sales background
* Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Professional, articulate, and well-presented
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and a strong team player
* High level of customer service and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving license (essential)
