Responsibilities
* Manage the live content calendar and ensure consistent, high-impact updates
* Analyse engagement and churn data to design retention and win-back initiatives
* Optimise conversion funnels, run A/B tests, and support acquisition campaigns
* Collaborate across product, marketing, community, and finance teams
* Own KPI reporting and turn insights into clear commercial actions
Qualifications
* 2–4 years in sales, growth, live services, or subscription-based digital products
* Experience in gaming, SaaS, tech, or digital entertainment is a plus
Required Skills
* Strong analytical and commercial mindset
* Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, curious, and excited to take ownership
