Key Responsibilities
* Perform advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and routine servicing to manufacturer standards
* Lead and mentor junior technicians, sharing best practices and technical knowledge
* Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools
* Communicate with service advisors regarding estimates, repair progress, and completion times
* Maintain detailed records of all inspections and repairs
* Test and verify completed work to ensure safety and compliance
* Manage workshop time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines
* Contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop
* Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve complex faults
* Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Relevant automotive qualifications are a plus but not essential
* Passionate about vehicles and committed to high-quality work
