You'll' report directly to the Centre Director at INTO Stirling, working closely together to achieve our recruitment goals and uphold our commitment to excellence. Job Purpose: As the Assistant Director of Recruitment, you will lead the development and execution of an innovative student recruitment and marketing strategy across key global markets. Your role will involve supporting our in-country sales teams, conducting market research and analysis, and advocating passionately for INTO Stirling and the University of Stirling. Collaboration will be key as you build strong relationships with colleagues across recruitment, marketing, admissions, and partnerships. When you're not travelling overseas to drive INTO Stirling's brand, you'll be based within our beautiful Stirling centre, with direct links to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Some of your main responsibilities: Student Recruitment: Collaborate on the creation and delivery of an annual data-driven global recruitment strategy to surpass recruitment targets. Provide exceptional support to our in-country sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote INTO Stirling. Conduct regular competitor analysis and contribute strategic insights to enhance our competitiveness. Deliver presentations and training sessions for various stakeholders, including agents, parents, and students. Analyse recruitment performance and provide insightful reports to senior leadership. Marketing: Ensure our brand positioning and marketing messaging resonate in key recruitment markets. Drive strategic marketing campaigns in collaboration with our central marketing team. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and tools. Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content and social media strategy. Management: Supervise and support an International Recruitment and Marketing Manager to deliver recruitment and marketing activities. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including our Choice University partners. Effectively manage a large recruitment and marketing budget. Work as a key member of the Centre's Senior Management Team, providing support across departments.
