Would you like to take the next step in your hospitality career as a Food & Beverage Supervisor? We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham, supporting our Restaurant & Bar operations.
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead by example to deliver a warm welcome and exceptional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department. Remaining hands-on during service, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences, support and develop the team, and ensure high standards are consistently delivered across both the Restaurant & Bar operations.
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week, with shifts varying in line with business needs. Weekend working is included on a rota basis.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example to deliver a warm welcome and exceptional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
* Remain hands-on during service and help create memorable guest experiences.
* Support and develop the team and ensure high standards are consistently delivered across Restaurant & Bar operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment, with a passion for delivering high standards of service.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to support, motivate and develop a team.
* A positive and proactive approach, with the confidence to lead by example during service.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
* A keen eye for detail to ensure every aspect of the guest experience is delivered to a high standard.
* Most importantly, a warm, friendly and genuine approach to ensure every guest feels welcome.
