Job Summary
The North West Ambulance Service is looking for an Administrator to join them as the main point of contact for the Estates Team. The post holder will primarily deliver a professional and proactive helpdesk service to the Trust along with providing effective admin support to the wider Estates management team. Interviews will be held at our Broughton Offices on the 4th & 5th June 2025.
Main duties of the job
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic team player with a track record of delivering excellent customer service. The team seeks applicants who communicate effectively face-to-face, by phone, and in writing with staff, external stakeholders, partner organizations, and subcontractors. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, show initiative, prioritize workload, and be proficient with multiple software applications. Experience with a Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system is advantageous.

Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential)
* GCSEs in 5 subjects including literacy and numeracy or equivalent
* NVQ 3 in Business Administration or IM&T or equivalent experience
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
Desirable Qualifications
* European Computer Driving License or equivalent
Skills (Essential)
* At least 1 year of administrative experience
* Excellent customer care skills
* Proficiency in office procedures and software, including Microsoft Office and advanced keyboard skills
* Experience in minute taking
* Full driving license
Desirable Skills
* Experience in a helpdesk or customer service environment
* Knowledge of CAFM systems
* Experience working within NHS or building trades
* Health and Safety knowledge
