The CSR Group is recruiting on behalf of one of Northern Ireland's leading house building contractors. This company, based in Co. Antrim, is currently building approximately 300 units per year and has a number of new developments in the pipeline. Due to this continual growth, they have identified the need for a Senior Contracts Manager to join the business.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be the main representative for the company, overseeing a team of Contracts Managers and, in turn, the site teams below them. You will be expected to have extensive local knowledge of sub-contractors, suppliers and contacts throughout the area, as well as detailed commercial knowledge of the house building industry.

Criteria
* Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection
* Demonstrable record of successfully delivering multiple Housing (Private and Social) Projects valued £4M+
* Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
* IT and standard industry software skills
* Ambitious and self-motivated
* Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
* Experience of managing and developing a team
