Commercial Property - Senior Associate - Up to £75,000 salary
This award-winning practice is known for its high-quality work and providing specialist quality legal advice to an extensive client base consisting of SME's including a number of investors, developers and lenders.
Due to the expansion of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate team, it is now seeking to appoint an additional Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE who will be will be principally involved in advising on all aspects of sales, purchases, leases, lease management and bank finance.
The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer, who can develop relationships and easily tap into a lucrative client base.
The Candidate
* Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
* Must have a strong academic background
* Development experience would be highly advantageous
* A passion for business development is essential
* Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
