Jones Whyte Law Ltd is recruiting Trainee Solicitors to join us from September 2026, with positions available across various practice areas. We are specifically seeking:
* A Trainee for our Family team based in our Edinburgh office
* Various Trainee positions across our Personal Injury (Clinical Negligence, Fatal & Serious Injury, Group Action, RPCI), Dispute Resolution, Private Client (Estate Planning, Trust Management & Bereavement) teams based in our Glasgow office

Key Responsibilities
* Providing continued communication throughout the process
* Working with the online case management system, keeping records up to date
* Dealing with client enquiries both face to face and via telephone
* Dealing with emails to and from clients and other 3rd parties
* Conducting legal research
* Attending training sessions and internal events
