Leadership Role Opportunity in Learning Disabilities Services
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities? We are recruiting a CARING and PASSIONATE Registered Manager for our Adult Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs services in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. The service supports adults aged 18-65.
The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, enjoy engaging with people, and be committed to delivering quality care. As a Service Manager, you will work alongside the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team to support the delivery of excellent services, build positive stakeholder relationships, and embody our vision and values.
Position Details
* Hours: Full-Time
* Contract: Permanent
* Shifts: 40 hours per week
* Location: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire

Responsibilities

* Achieve a QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care
* Commit to continuous professional development
* Maintain good communication and networking skills at all levels
* Be flexible to meet the needs of the service
* Be computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
* Embrace change and new systems positively
Minimum Requirements
* QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care
* Previous experience as a deputy or service manager
* Resilience
* Driving license (essential due to role requirements)
