Job Description
The Commercial Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our PCR consumables and instruments portfolio.
This key position requires strategic planning, commercialization strategy, and activities that showcase a deep understanding of the PCR market and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create sales enablement tools, training programs, and promotional campaigns to support product commercialization.
* Develop pricing, positioning, and messaging strategies tailored to key customer segments.
* Manage product Profit & Loss, forecast revenue, and set performance targets.
* Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve commercial goals.
* Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
* Solicit feedback to refine product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
