Triage housing advice queries and complete duty referrals where appropriate. Use MRI Orchard to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Ensure queries are resolved efficiently and in line with housing policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support positive outcomes for residents.
