Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our team in Brentwood, United Kingdom, for weekend shifts during term time. As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional food service to our clients.
* Oversee and coordinate catering operations during weekend shifts
* Manage and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standards
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
* Train new staff members and provide ongoing guidance to the team
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role within the food service industry preffered
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
* Ability to work weekends during term time
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
