We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs in a supportive school environment.
Requirements
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties or behavioural needs)
* Patient, caring and positive attitude
* Ability to work well with teachers and support staff
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
* Assisting with learning activities and classroom management
* Encouraging student engagement and independence
* Supporting emotional and social development
