Key Responsibilities
* Set up and calibrate production machinery for various product runs.
* Oversee machine performance during production and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.
* Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery operates at optimal efficiency.
* Monitor product quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments as needed.
* Accurately document machine settings, production data, and any maintenance conducted.
* Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Hours of Work
* Backshift role available; specific hours to be discussed during the interview process.
* Hourly rate: £12.67/hour
Requirements
* Previous experience as a machine setter or in a similar production role preferred.
* Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of machinery operations.
* Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
* Attention to detail to uphold quality standards and safety regulations.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
