🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be a key part of the design team, responsible for creating and managing 3D models, technical drawings, and specifications for modular systems housed in containerised units. Responsibilities include:
* Designing mechanical systems including process equipment, pipework, and instrumentation
* Creating general assemblies and bills of materials
* Managing supplier drawings and integrating them into internal files
* Performing stress calculations and ensuring compliance with regulations
* Supporting mechanical assembly through detailed work instructions and fitment guides
🎓 Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome both junior and senior-level engineers — the key is having solid CAD skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
Must Have:
* A degree in Mechanical/Design Engineering or equivalent practical experience
* At least some hands-on experience in a design-focused engineering environment
* Proficiency with 3D CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Siemens NX)
* A structured and organised approach to file and project management
Nice to Have:
* Experience with containerised or confined-space systems
* Familiarity with ATEX/Ex design and hydrogen/gas systems
* Exposure to CE/UKCA marking and documentation
* Experience in early-stage product development or a start-up environment
