Salary/Package – £50000 inclusive of service charge
What’s involved?
11. Don’t be fooled into thinking that just because the restaurant is on a beach it is anything other than a very professionally run operation. They are aiming to be so much more and become a culinary focal point on the island.
12. Because of this they are looking for a Senior Sous to come and work closely with the new Head Chef and use your excellent organisation and management skills to get the very best out of the 12-person team.
13. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef and will be responsible for innovative menus that are done using the fresh seasonal produce the Channel Islands are renowned for.
14. In order to accommodate the high volume of diners they will be serving the Sous Chef needs to be able to cook a wide variety of dishes from the eclectic menu concentrating on BOTH quality and quantity
15. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar setting, be cool under pressure and be an excellent communicator.
