Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Executive who can take the lead in bringing our marketing strategy to life. This is a fast‑paced, hands on role for someone who enjoys working independently, juggling multiple projects, and bringing creativity and energy to everything they do.
You’ll play a key role in building awareness of the Atlas Aluminium brand, supporting our installer network, and helping us stand out as a market leader through engaging, high‑quality marketing that truly has impact.
Duties
* As Senior Marketing Executive, you will oversee and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring the brand is consistently represented at the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:
* Lead the creation of engaging video content for social media, digital platforms, and print, tailored to homeowners, installers, and trade partners
* Build strong relationships internally and externally to ensure marketing supports company goals and strengthens industry connections
* Develop marketing materials in partnership with external agencies, including brochures, literature, and point‑of‑sale showroom assets
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events to drive brand awareness and business growth
* Ensure consistent brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all communications
* Support showroom displays, events, and customer‑facing initiatives to enhance the brand experience
* Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, printers, and creative partners to deliver outstanding projects on time and budget
* Oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with business objectives
* Monitor performance, measure results, and refine campaigns for maximum impact
Experience and Knowledge
* Min 2‑3 years experience in similar marketing role
* Proven track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong knowledge of brand management, content strategy, PR, digital marketing, and event coordination
* Proficiency in social media platforms, website management, and digital engagement strategies and video content creation
* Experience managing relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners
* Familiarity with customer‑facing marketing environments such as showrooms or point‑of‑sale support
Skills
* Exceptional copy writing and content creation skills for multiple platforms, ensuring brand voice is consistent and engaging.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging, relevant, and thought‑leadership content.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00‑£40,000.00 per year
