My client has a strong global presence and they dominate their sector as the market leader in the UK. Through continued growth they require a maintenance engineer to lead a team in improving site reliability and minimising downtime.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate engineering activities across shifts.
* Diagnose major plant faults and implement effective solutions.
* Manage maintenance work orders in SAP.
* Drive performance improvements through root cause analysis, preventative maintenance and high performance initiatives.
* 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights 7 - 7.
Experience & Qualifications
* Mechanical maintenance engineer/fitter from a factory environment (backgrounds from Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction or similar).
* Experience supervising engineers.
* Time served apprenticeship (HNC/ONC or similar).
* Hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding ability.
