Legal Administrator Apprentice
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised individual to join a well-established professional services organisation in Hull as Legal Administrator Apprentice.
This apprenticeship offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience within a legal environment while working towards a recognised qualification. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the legal team, develop valuable workplace skills, and gain insight into the day-to-day operations of a busy legal office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to legal professionals and support staff.
* Prepare and distribute documents and correspondence.
* Manage client files and maintain accurate records.
* Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and post in a professional manner.
* Book appointments and assist with diary management.
* Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
* Assist with the preparation of case files and legal documentation.
* Update internal databases.
* Ensure confidentiality and data protection procedures are followed at all times.
* Provide a professional and friendly service to clients and colleagues.
Skills & Knowledge
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A professional and positive attitude.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
* The ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
