Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday 39 hrs PWWhat You'll Do:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and bid teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, reviewing, and issuing accurate customer quotations in line with our structured pricing policy.
Tracking and managing quote approval workflows to guarantee timely responses.
Liaising with internal teams (sales and technical) to gather essential input for proposals.
Reviewing the day-to-day shared tender email account and distributing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Maintaining the Quotation/Tender tracking tool to reflect current progress.
Supporting sales and bid teams with various administrative and coordination tasks.We are seeking someone with:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
A high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
