ICT System Support Administrator (Support) – fixed term until 31/08/2026

Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT System Support Administrator to join our ICT System Support team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for ICT queries via our Service Desk. In this role, you will handle day‑to‑day support requests, including account management, password resets, mobile device support and basic system administration tasks. You will help ensure that our ICT systems remain secure, up‑to‑date and compliant while delivering excellent service to colleagues across the organisation.
Pre‑employment checks required: a basic disclosure check, and an Overseas Criminal Record Check if you have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be conditionally subject to both checks being deemed satisfactory.
