Central Employment is working with a global renewables business supporting their search for a Tender Manager.

Were looking for a Tender Manager to lead our bid process from end to end, ensuring timely, accurate, and compelling proposals that win work and build lasting client relationships.
What Youll Do
* Own and lead major tenders, from initial enquiry to contract award.
* Collaborate across departments and with third-party suppliers to craft winning bids.
* Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
* Drive commercial strategy, risk assessment, and negotiation to safeguard company interests.
* Ensure seamless handovers to project teams and support delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
What Youll Bring
* A degree in Business, Management, or Engineering or 3+ years relevant experience.
* Proven success in tendering, client relationship management, and negotiation.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of offshore subsea contracting.
* Proficiency in MS Project or other Project Management software
* Tenacity, decisiveness, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
