Your new role As a Commercial Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting a fast-growing business unit, providing commercially focused legal advice across a variety of matters. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including technology, licencing and partner contracts Advising on legal risk and providing pragmatic solutions to support business objectives Working closely with stakeholders across the UK, Europe and North America Supporting strategic growth projects, including integration work following acquisitions Contributing to improvements in contract processes and legal operations Collaborating with a global legal team on wider initiatives and projects This is a dynamic, fast-paced role offering excellent exposure to cross-border work and the opportunity to develop within a supportive legal function.
