The Role:

What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Nursewith currentNMC registration.
* Clinical experience:Knowledge and understanding of elderly care,withpreviousexperiencein a health or social care setting.
* Passion anddedication:A genuine desire and motivation to help others and make a positive difference to their lives.
* Resilienceand flexibility:Ability to workeffectively under pressure, adapting positively to changingsituations and demands.
* Empathy andcompassion: Shows empathy and understanding of the needs of older people to build trust and provide support.

This role involves some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
Other roles you may have experience of may include: RGN, RMN, RCN, Registered Nurse, Nursing Assistant, Nurse Practitioner.
