THE ROLE
As a Lead Analytics Consultant, you will play a hybrid role - part technical leader, part trusted advisor, and part team builder. More specifically, you will:
* Lead end-to-end analytics engagements from scoping and solution design through to delivery
* Architect and implement cloud data solutions (Snowflake, Azure, AWS or GCP)
* Work with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
* Apply AI and advanced analytics techniques where relevant, including LLMs and predictive modelling
* Translate complex business problems into actionable technical solutions
* Mentor and develop a growing team, raising the bar across delivery and standards
* Engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Analytics Consultant will have:
* Extensive experience in analytics, with strong delivery and client engagement skills
* Excellent SQL and data modelling experience
* Hands-on expertise with at least one cloud platform (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP)
* Proficiency in a leading BI tool (Power BI or Tableau essential)
* Exposure to AI/ML techniques and enthusiasm to apply them in business contexts
* Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience leading teams and setting best practice standards
