Experienced in developing and leading a team of engineers with a focus on graduates Track record of leading engineering transformation (systems/processes) Experience in R&D - product development for regulated industries (ideally rail) Soft Skills & Leadership: Engaging both externally and internally, strong communications skills, able to operate from boardroom to shop floor.
