About Safari Banbridge
Safari Banbridge is a busy, family-run, multi-award-winning restaurant known for freshly prepared food, excellent service, and a strong team culture.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dependable Full-Time All-Rounder to support both kitchen operations and front-of-house service.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple areas in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Support
Assist chefs with food preparation from breakfast through evening service
Prepare hot and cold dishes and assist with desserts
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Support busy service periods efficiently
Front of House & Bar
Welcome and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
Take orders and deliver food and drinks
Prepare coffees, milkshakes, and bar drinks (training provided if required)
Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
There may also be opportunities to assist with external events through Safari Corporate Catering.
Requirements
Essential:
Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience (kitchen and/or front of house)
Ability to work confidently in a busy environment
Flexible and willing to support different roles as required
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and well organised
Positive attitude and professional manner
Preferred (not essential):
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
Coffee or bar experience
Allergen awareness training
Working Hours
Full-time position
Flexible availability required
Monday to Saturday between 8:30am and 9:00pm
Weekend work essential
