Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor on a full time basis to help oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and have leadership skills, paying attention to detail. This role will help ensure that our restaurant delivers outstanding service, maintains high food safety standards, and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
* Oversee aspects of restaurant operations, including greeting guests and serving.
* Supervise and lead a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
* Oversee processes to guarantee quality and consistency
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to minimise waste while ensuring availability of menu items.
* Implement training for new staff members on hospitality standards, and health regulations.
Experience
* Proven experience in a restaurant supervisory role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
* Previous supervisory experience is essential, demonstrating effective team management skills.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required.
* Experience in bar duties would be advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a passion for delivering exceptional service to guests.
