We are seeking a proactive and collaborative individual to support the delivery of transformation and change initiatives across the Care Group. The role involves implementing changes within the care group aligned to the Trust Strategic Objectives and 28 Promises, developing workflows and processes, and supporting staff through the introduction of new technologies and equipment. Work closely with clinical and corporate teams to build strong relationships, ensuring smooth transitions and improved service delivery. Fixed term until 31 March 2027.
Responsibilities
* Implement changes aligned with the Trust Strategic Objectives and 28 Promises.
* Develop and refine workflows and processes.
* Support staff through the introduction of new technologies and equipment.
* Build and maintain relationships with clinical, corporate, and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on compliance with systems such as SMI Physical Health Checks, S117 Reviews, and Waiting Times.
* Deliver project objectives across the Trust footprint, coordinating with partner agencies.
Qualifications & Experience
* Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant qualification, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
* 5 GCSEs including English and Maths with an emphasis on numeracy and literacy.
* Consolidated supervisory or line management experience.
* Experience in project and change management.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Experience creating project and business documentation.
* Experience reporting and analysing data from systems to provide information/assurance in line with project requirements.
* Knowledge and understanding of the NHS, with experience working in a health‑related environment.
* Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and presentation software.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Ability to use technology, knowledge, and influence to communicate quickly and effectively.
Desirable Awards
* Prince2 or related project management qualification (e.g., QI/SIR).
