HR Advisor needed in Newport, Isle Of Wight, £24.50ph PAYE – Reference: OR11084
An opportunity has arisen within our Human Resources team to support the delivery of an effective and efficient HR Advisory Service.
We are looking for an individual who can step in and handle casework swiftly and effectively.
* Advise and guide Adult Social Care and other Council Services on HR-related issues.
* Support casework including disciplinary, capability, sickness absence, and grievance issues.
* Manage own caseload of formal cases.
* Design and deliver policy-related training.
* Maintain HR policies, procedures, guidance notes, and intranet pages, ensuring they are accessible to managers.
The successful candidate will assist managers, employees, and the wider HR team in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures to promote good practice.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
