You’ll warmly welcome guests, lead by example, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding food and drink service, whether diners are celebrating a special occasion or enjoying a relaxed meal with family and friends. As Team Leader, you’ll coordinate daily operations, ensure smooth service, and support colleagues to achieve their best—particularly during busy periods and special events. Your expertise in presenting our menu, ingredients, and drinks will guide guests to make informed choices. You’ll oversee table presentation and cleanliness, upholding the highest standards at all times. Diligent in health, safety, and hygiene practices, you’ll also be proactive in supporting your team wherever needed to ensure seamless, memorable experiences for all our visitors. ABOUT YOU * Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality is essential * A natural leader with a passion for hospitality and team development * Strong background in fast-paced customer service, with a hands-on approach to problem solving * Excellent communicator who motivates others and thrives in a collaborative environment * Calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and proud of delivering top-notch service * Adaptable, approachable, and eager to contribute to an ambitious, forward-thinking team * Applicants must be 18 or over due to licensing laws WHY CHOOSE THE DECK?
