Fluid Fusion is searching for a Prestige Business Development Manager for an established prestigious European wine business. Armed with a dynamic and celebrated portfolio of wines, the successful candidate will develop and manage further success in the high-end London On Trade, working across revered hotels, restaurants and bars.This role reports to the Head of Field Sales and sells, distributes, and promotes brands within the London prestige region. Building company profitability through direct sales of the portfolio to new and existing customers, with full responsibility for sales and profitable growth.The Prestige Business Development Manager will employ a consultative approach to partner key customers for mutual benefit and provide a broad range of training and education to raise awareness of the extensive wine portfolio, especially estate wines. In addition, the role will require close collaboration across all internal functions including Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.Skills and experience:Strategic Planning to maximise opportunities across the London prestige territoryStrong wine knowledge is essential, WSET qualified to a minimum of level 2Networking effectively with current and prospective customersFocused on providing a high standard of Customer Service across the customer baseCapable of negotiating customer pricing to achieve desired marginsCapable of delivering basic wine training and tastingEstablished On-Trade sales experience.Highly organised and numerateAdvanced communication skills (written and verbal)Competent user of Microsoft Office applicationsCandidates must be based and eligible to work in the UK for this opportunity and based in or accessible to London.Please provide your CV and current remuneration with your application.
