A well-established company, based in Castle Donington, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a 12-month contract to assist in the service department. This role is fast paced, varied and will include helping customers who have faults with their products.
Taking calls from customers who are having problems with their products
Answering calls and getting details of the issues
Create a case on CRM and log all the issues
Arranging for technical to go out and fix the problem
General administration
We are looking for someone who can multitask, remain calm under pressure and have good communication skills on the phone.
The role is fully office based, hours are 8:30 to 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch, 25 days holiday and a salary of £25,000 to £27,500 per annum
