Job Title: Interim Events & Conference Manager
Contract Type: Interim role until December 2025, potentially to be extended slightly longer
Salary: perm salary equivalent of circa £75,000 but you will be paid on a day rate

Role Responsibilities:
* This pivotal role within the Marketing & Business Development Department focuses on planning, managing, and executing events across the EMEA region. You'll be responsible for:
* Leading sponsorship management to align with strategic goals
* Collaborating with partners to define event objectives and messaging
* Coordinating logistics to ensure seamless operations
* Managing a Senior Events and Conferences Specialist for high-quality delivery
* Overseeing the EMEA events calendar for optimal scheduling
* Evaluating event performance through defined ROI metrics
* Travel up to 15% to manage on-site events
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external clients and vendors
* Support special projects within the broader Marketing & Business Development team
* Your proactive and resourceful approach will shine as you work closely with stakeholders to ensure that every event is a resounding success!
What You'll Bring:
* A qualification in marketing, business, event management, or related field or equivalent
* Strong experience in an events role, preferably in a professional services firm
* Excellent project management and multitasking skills
* A client service-oriented mindset, ready to tackle challenges with a smile
* Proficiency with event management tools like Cvent, On24, AND Marketo
