Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creation of high-quality, persuasive proposals and grant applications.
* Collaborate with teams to develop competitive pricing models that align with project scopes.
* Maintain a strong customer focus, participating in client-facing meetings to understand requirements and present solutions.
* Work seamlessly across departments to ensure all bids are compliant, timely, and reflect our brand voice.
Essential
* At least 4 years of proven success in proposal or bid writing.
* Ideally, you have a background or significant experience working within a scientific or technical industry.
* Comfortable handling the pricing and financial aspects of a bid.
* Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to engage directly with clients.
