Mechanical Supervisor
Current vacancy for a Mechanical Supervisor working for a large public sector organisation. The role is working with the estates team and will involve looking after mechanical repairs, including water systems, HVAC, heating systems.
Ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience, at least level 3 in NVQ or City & Guilds, further training and good IT skills.
Duties
* Day to day management of in‑house work operatives.
* Pre / post inspections of works.
* Working knowledge of building regulations.
* Experience of working within large estate including plant rooms.
* Ensuring works are carried out to relevant standard and value for money.
