Location: Heywood
Salary : up to £25,
Consultant: Sadie Fielden
Based within the Heywood area, you will be required to effectively manage the organisation’s credit and debit accounts and provide support across the wider finance operations and internal teams. Through liaising with suppliers, you will ensure that any outstanding payments are processed within a timely manner in supporting the smooth running of the business.

Responsibilities
5. Processing large volumes of data including invoices and staff expenses
6. Managing credit notes and compiling credit reports in evaluating outstanding funds
7. Planning for/ completing Supplier payment runs
8. Managing online banking and checking that payments are received
9. Other administrative tasks in line with the needs of the business.
Experience / Qualifications
10. Able to work within a fast-paced environment
11. Driving license – due to location
12. AAT Level 2 (minimum)
13. Understanding & working knowledge of Excel – VLOOKUPs in particular
14. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
15. Able to use your own initiative without much supervision
