We're looking for a Creative Assistant to join our Marketing Team and help bring the Kindred brand to life through engaging design, content creation and storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their creative career who is eager to learn, develop and build experience across a wide variety of projects. What You'll Be Doing Designing creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns and printed materials Producing marketing resources including posters, flyers, banners, invitations and signage Writing engaging content for digital and printed communications Supporting marketing campaigns, nursery rebrands and internal communications Creating simple graphics, video content and visual assets Maintaining brand consistency across all materials Supporting the development of Kindred's tone of voice and visual identity What You'll Need Essential Strong interest in graphic design, content creation and branding Confidence using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools Excellent written communication skills Strong attention to detail Good organisational and time management skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively Desirable Experience creating content for social media, websites or print Copywriting experience Interest in photography, video editing or animation Relevant qualification in design, marketing or content creation Portfolio, freelance, internship or placement experience Why Join Kindred?
