This role will be critical in driving the innovation pipeline to market. Responsibilities : This role will support the Innovations leads for two brands - driving the innovation pipeline through to execution Working in close partnership with PMO, project teams and commercial teams to deliver innovations that are on brand strategy, on time and on budget Innovation projects will be a combination of New Product Development (new to world innovation) and Core Renovation. This role will have project ownership of some key innovation projects from ideation to launch. They will own the innovation goals, the concept, define the project musts and wants and manage key trade-offs (formulation, fragrance, packaging, commercial, brand) This role will be working in partnership with Greenskeeping to ensure the innovations are delivering against our GK ambition and road to Net Zero. Working closely with Consumer Insights & Category Management, this role will understand and interpret trends, gaps and identify opportunities for growth This role will be key in managing product claims including legal & compliance guidance Partner with the Creative Director & Studio team to ensure the graphics & visual identity are adhered to for new innovation launches Support key decision making at Product Council, and decisions from key stakeholders in brand, product development, commercial and financial.
