Barnardo's is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to take strategic ownership and lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) product roadmap across the organisation.
This is a full‑time hybrid position, with occasional travel to London (anticipated to be no more than 2 to 3 times per month).

Key responsibilities include
1. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive, organisation‑wide D365 roadmap, including F&O and HR functionality at present, with an expectation of future growth.
2. Coordinating delivery of work packages across technical and business teams.
3. Working at the direction of the D365 steering group, to lead prioritisation discussions and report regular progress.
4. Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies — and owning resolution.
5. Managing budget, reporting, and value-for-money activities.
6. Overseeing transition of D365 work packages from development to BAU.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product best practice, and emerging technologies.
What we are looking for
8. A degree or equivalent qualification in technology, systems, applications, or related fields or equivalent professional experience.
9. Ideally, training or certification in product, programme, change, or transformation methodologies.
10. Significant experience owning and managing product roadmaps for D365.
11. Ability to lead complex portfolios and prioritise effectively.
12. Experience influencing senior leaders, directors and C‑suite stakeholders
13. Experience managing large budgets
14. Strong analytical capability, seeing patterns and connections others may miss.

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band – this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
